Serve as the CLO's Chief of Staff and lead Legal Operations: manage a small team and global legal budget, own legal vendor and tech strategy (CLM, e-billing, litigation tools), build dashboards and metrics, drive cross-functional integration, and implement AI-driven automation to improve reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency across legal, corporate development, and IT.

Owns customer retention and expansion across a portfolio of accounts. The Renewals Manager engages customers before renewal, drives value-based conversations, analyzes usage and health data, identifies churn and expansion opportunities, and coordinates renewal execution across Sales, Finance, and Legal. The role also develops scalable engagement frameworks, presents pipeline insights to leadership, and partners with Account Executives and technical customer success teams in a B2B technology environment.

Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, guiding technical onboarding, adoption, usage health, renewals, and expansion. Translate platform capabilities, security risks, and usage data into executive business value. Partner with sales, support, engineering, and product teams; contribute to QBRs, playbooks, AI-enabled workflows, and account health strategies. Mentor junior team members and help improve customer success processes across the organization.
