Own a $6M+ enterprise portfolio across DACH, Nordics, and Benelux. Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by building senior relationships, using product usage and health scores, documenting success plans, coordinating with Sales/Product/Engineering, mentoring junior CSMs, and leveraging AI-assisted tools for account research and engagement.

Lead EMEA revenue strategy and execution across UK, DACH, Nordics and Benelux. Build and scale multi-segment sales organization (BDR to Enterprise), set GTM, forecasting and performance frameworks, drive enterprise deals and C-suite engagement, partner cross-functionally, develop leaders, and represent Anaconda externally to grow ARR and retention.

Own employee lifecycle administration and HR systems while improving workflows through automation and AI. Administer Rippling and other People tech, configure automations, maintain data integrity, support hires/promotions/offboarding, operationalize recurring People programs, build documentation and self-service resources, and partner with People teams to increase operational leverage and employee satisfaction.
