Lead full-cycle go-to-market recruiting, primarily for sales and Enterprise Account Executive roles. Develop sourcing strategies, provide talent-market insights, advise hiring managers, improve candidate experience and recruiting processes, and partner with sales, People, Legal, and Finance teams. Manage multiple requisitions while supporting scalable hiring practices, strong pipelines, efficient time-to-fill, offer acceptance, quality of hire, and retention across high-growth GTM organizations.

Leads the technical evolution of Kilo Code, a high-scale VS Code AI coding extension. Responsibilities include setting architecture and performance strategy, building advanced AI-assisted coding features, driving cross-team technical roadmaps, mentoring engineers, owning production delivery, optimizing context and token usage, reducing technical debt, and partnering with Product and Design. The role requires hands-on software development, technical leadership, developer-tools expertise, TypeScript and Node.js proficiency, large-scale performance optimization, AI workflow experience, and Eastern Time Zone availability.

Own Anaconda’s design system as a product, including tokens, components, documentation, governance, and code components. Lead migration to shadcn/ui and Storybook across two product surfaces while partnering with engineering. Establish AI-forward patterns, tooling, and workflows for agentic experiences, prototype in production code, review AI-generated output, and elevate a senior design team through influence.
