Manages project lifecycles, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, procurement, stakeholder communications, deliverables, and customer relationships. Coordinates technical teams across SDLC phases, provides executive status reporting, addresses cybersecurity and OT issues, and ensures compliance with DoD, agency, NIST, and industrial security requirements. The role is fully on-site near Fort Meade with occasional local travel.

Develop and maintain Java-based applications, integrations, workflows, and services supporting an Oracle Identity Manager IAM platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, developing SOAP and REST integrations, configuring connectors, supporting Oracle SOA workflows, assisting with upgrades and modernization, and maintaining security and change-management documentation. The role collaborates with government stakeholders and requires the ability to obtain an IT-II security clearance.

Designs, develops, maintains, and enhances Appian applications and automated workflows supporting AFOSI criminal justice operations. Develops the automated expungement portal, integrates APIs, translates requirements into secure solutions, performs testing and defect resolution, and participates in Agile delivery. The role also supports application modernization, data analysis, reporting, government data requests, documentation, and process improvement while collaborating with government stakeholders and technical teams.
