Conducts independent assessments of management, operational, and technical security controls for IT systems and networks. Plans authorization reviews, evaluates security documentation and risk, identifies architecture gaps, supports Risk Management Framework activities, verifies control implementation, manages remediation plans, and ensures cybersecurity requirements and compliance processes are properly documented and maintained. Requires a bachelor’s degree, TS/SCI clearance, and an approved DoD 8140 certification.

Conducts information systems control assessments for federal financial and ERP systems. Evaluates cybersecurity, access, change-management, segregation-of-duties, and financial controls using federal audit standards. Plans assessments, reviews system documentation, prepares working papers and reports, and provides actionable recommendations. Requires CPA certification, federal accounting and government experience, knowledge of FFMIA, GAO, FISCAM, OMB circulars, and a required IT-II or Tier 3 security clearance.

Provides senior planning and doctrine expertise for DTRA’s Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction mission. Supports the Joint Doctrine Development Process, DoD and NATO doctrine working groups, CWMD operational planning, readiness reporting, publication revisions, policy reviews, and studies of WMD threats, strategies, plans, and capability gaps. Advises on the Universal Joint Task List, coordinates with government and international partners, and develops accurate doctrinal recommendations and documents.
