Supports plant operations through staffing and scheduling coordination, timekeeping reconciliation, attendance and payroll tracking, time-off administration, reporting, document management, supply ordering, and employee communication. Works with supervisors, department managers, People Department, and plant management to resolve discrepancies and monitor compliance. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English communication, strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, and occasional presence in manufacturing areas.

Designs, evaluates, and executes manufacturing engineering projects involving equipment, facility improvements, contractors, budgets, and schedules. Programs and configures PLCs, develops HMI screens, tunes control loops, designs electrical panels, and troubleshoots industrial control systems. Provides technical support and training to plant departments, coordinates installations, supervises contractors and project personnel, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
