Build policies, training, auditing, investigations, third-party due diligence, transparency and FMV processes, board reporting, risk assessments, and compliance operations. Advise commercial and medical teams, drive compliance committee activities, partner on enterprise risk management, and recruit/mentor a high-performing compliance organization.
