Provides executive-level administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leadership Team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, expense reporting, vendor and invoice administration, event planning, cross-functional project tracking, workflow improvements, confidential information handling, and stakeholder communication. The role requires proactive prioritization, discretion, sound judgment, and coordination of business initiatives in a remote, matrixed environment.

Provides executive, operational, and administrative support to the CHRO and CTOO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, expense reporting, confidential communications, employee engagement initiatives, event logistics, vendor and contract administration, purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and cross-functional office support.

Lead the enterprise data architecture roadmap and Snowflake-based data platform supporting commercial, medical, finance, R&D, quality, and corporate functions. Oversee data modeling, integration, ETL/ELT, governance, master data management, data quality, reporting, analytics, and AI-ready data products. Provide technical leadership, review designs and code, manage vendors and implementation partners, establish standards, and mentor technical staff while enabling commercial launch readiness and scalable enterprise reporting.

Leads Amylyx’s digital and corporate communications strategy across social media, websites, intranet, email, and emerging channels. Develops content governance, measures channel performance, advises senior leaders, and translates scientific and business information into engaging communications. Partners with Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Investor Relations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support corporate priorities, executive visibility, employee engagement, and compliant external storytelling.

Leads legal operations, contracting, strategic transactions, and legal support for corporate growth at a biotechnology company. Develops scalable contracting processes, oversees legal technology, matter management, budgeting, and outside counsel, and advises executives on licensing, M&A, partnerships, and organizational transformation. Builds and mentors legal teams, drives change adoption, manages risk, and supports the Board and Legal and Compliance leadership.
