Lead and mentor a cluster of copywriters to develop and deliver high-quality digital content and creative concepts across campaigns. Collaborate with design, strategy, SEO, performance marketing, and client teams to ensure brand-consistent messaging, review and edit content, analyze campaign performance, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Create social media, emailer and logo designs; stay updated on design trends; deliver detailed, polished visual work. Maintain a Behance portfolio (minimum 10 designs) and collaborate with the team using Google Workspace. Strong creative thinking, problem solving, and good English communication required. On-site role in Pune; art school education preferred.
