Develops and executes strategic internal communications for the sales organization, including executive messaging, sales updates, product and rate communications, intranet content, presentations, and enablement materials. Partners with leadership, Product, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, and HR to translate complex information into clear communications. Manages content platforms, stakeholder relationships, communication plans, engagement metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides entry-level administrative and legal support, including requesting and securely transmitting medical records, scheduling appointments, maintaining case files, communicating with vendors, updating legal software and workers’ compensation systems, responding to calls and emails, and performing data entry, scanning, filing, and mail duties while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Provides risk control consultation to commercial policyholders, evaluating workplace safety, identifying injury and loss trends, and advising on risk management, safety, health, and regulatory compliance. Prepares reports, supports underwriting and insured management decisions, delivers technical guidance, monitors industry exposures, and builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders across commercial insurance lines.
