Teams at AmTrust Financial

Supports SEC filings and securities offering materials, prepares Oracle-based management and financial reports, assists with accounting inquiries and audit requests, and streamlines the financial close through Oracle automation. Responsibilities also include general ledger procedures for acquired companies, automated elimination entries, and collaboration with the SEC reporting director, CFO, auditors, and finance teams.

Supports the Legal department with commercial, vendor, procurement, SaaS, technology, and confidentiality agreements; contract intake, execution, records, renewals, and reporting; intellectual property portfolio administration, filings, renewals, docketing, licensing, and trademark support; and legal operations including files, invoices, budgets, outside counsel coordination, and process improvement.

Manages accounting operations for multiple specialty risk legal entities, including financial close, journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany activity, GAAP and regulatory financial statements, and internal controls. Leads process improvements, supports system implementations, analyzes financial data, resolves discrepancies, and provides team leadership and corporate accounting support.
