Manages large and complex electrical construction projects from planning through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, personnel, quality, safety, contracts, documentation, and customer relationships. Leads project teams and superintendents, mentors project managers, coordinates with engineering and operations, manages risks and change orders, ensures compliance with codes and employment laws, and delivers financial and performance targets.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, including candidate sourcing, screening, applicant tracking, recruitment events, onboarding coordination, pre-employment requirements, documentation, reporting, and candidate communications. Maintains accurate records, responds to applicant inquiries, supports recruiters across multiple hiring areas, and helps deliver a positive candidate experience. Requires fluent English and Spanish communication skills, strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Develops new business for industrial and commercial electrical services by identifying prospects, building relationships with facility and property managers, presenting proposals, tracking opportunities in CRM systems, and supporting recurring revenue growth. The role involves market research, sales planning, customer visits, networking events, regional travel, and collaboration with estimating and project management teams.

Designs electrical power systems for construction projects, leads engineering teams, reviews quality, supports construction, conducts inspections and testing, and presents designs to clients and authorities. The role also mentors engineers, leads proposals, coordinates with contractors and vendors, and supports project safety, schedules, and profitability. Requires advanced electrical design experience, construction knowledge, leadership, and familiarity with applicable electrical codes and standards.
