Design and analyze mechanical subsystems for laser processing and photolithography capital equipment. Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams to create CAD models, perform FEA, DFM/DOE, FMEA, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions for complex precision automation and optical systems.

Manage end-to-end in-house payroll using SAP and Time Evaluation for bi-weekly and semi-monthly schedules. Ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal/state/Canadian laws, manage garnishments, 401(k) contributions and reporting, maintain payroll portals, approve security access, troubleshoot exceptions, train and develop staff, and support audits and special projects.

Lead program controls activities for defense acquisition programs: implement and maintain EVMS, prepare monthly EV/IPMR/CPR reports, manage EACs and baseline revisions, develop resource-loaded schedules, mentor junior staff, and advise program management using program controls tools and reports.
