Design and develop high-power switching power supplies (10–30 kW) and liquid-cooled backup systems for data centers. Perform detailed electrical design, hands-on prototyping, and rapid product development in a fast-paced environment while communicating clearly with team and stakeholders.

Lead and oversee enterprise applications and ERP (COINS) operations, strategy, deployment, support, and staff. Align applications with business units, manage vendors, budgets, SLAs, lifecycle and change/configuration management, and advise executives on technology decisions. Oversee BIM and engineering application deployments and ensure training, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end in-house payroll using SAP and Time Evaluation for bi-weekly and semi-monthly schedules. Ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal/state/Canadian laws, manage garnishments, 401(k) contributions and reporting, maintain payroll portals, approve security access, troubleshoot exceptions, train and develop staff, and support audits and special projects.
