Provides day-to-day HR support for production employees on the graveyard shift. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, policy guidance, performance and attendance monitoring, confidential records management, employee engagement, and coordination with internal departments. The role serves as a primary HR contact, tracks employee requirements and concerns, supports compliance, and escalates issues to HR leadership.

Supports candidate onboarding, pre-employment screening, Form I-9 verification, HR documentation, payroll inputs, timekeeping, attendance, and leave tracking. Communicates with candidates and external contacts, maintains confidential records, updates spreadsheets and reports, schedules appointments, coordinates background checks and drug screenings, and provides general administrative support. Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users across multiple locations. Responsibilities include triaging tickets, resolving Microsoft 365, endpoint, VPN, printer, Wi-Fi, access, MFA, and workstation issues; deploying applications; supporting mobile devices; monitoring infrastructure alerts; coordinating vendors and hardware replacements; documenting incidents; meeting SLAs; and escalating complex issues to Level 3 teams.
