Maintains CRM data, analyzes campaign performance, creates HTML emails and branded content, supports lead generation, and assists with trade shows, webinars, photo shoots, and video shoots. The role collaborates with sales, web development, advertisers, and multiple company brands.

Sources and qualifies inbound leads, conducts outbound prospecting, researches accounts and contacts, maintains prospect databases, and generates sales. Educates customers on laboratory and forensic safety products, develops customer relationships, targets inactive and competitive accounts, and collaborates with sales, customer service, and management to deliver strong customer service.
