Leads warehouse operations by supervising, coaching, and training employees; coordinating schedules; monitoring productivity, quality, safety, and production targets; ensuring compliance with client contracts and company procedures; preparing status reports; communicating product receipt and processing; and supporting administrative activities.

Performs warehouse pick-and-pack, scanning, inventory verification, shipment accuracy checks, housekeeping, and order processing across warehouse stations. Uses handheld and ring-scanning technology, follows standard procedures, communicates with supervisors, and maintains accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 45 pounds, and flexibility to work overtime or weekends.

Performs warehouse fulfillment activities including picking, packing, scanning, inventory verification, shipment accuracy checks, housekeeping, and order processing. Uses handheld and scanning technology, works across warehouse areas, and supports wall stations or command center operations. Requires attention to detail, organization, teamwork, flexibility, safe equipment use, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
