Supervise transportation and shipping operations, including floor processes, auditors, reporting, client setup, rate shopping, carrier coordination, invoicing audits, HTS data, and AES filings. Monitor transportation costs, network performance, delivery metrics, and client reporting while identifying improvement opportunities. Lead business reviews, support cross-functional analysis, train shipping teams, and oversee rate card development and logistics process compliance.

Manages warehouse and inventory operations, including employee supervision, training, safety compliance, outbound transportation, budgeting, and process improvement. The role develops operational procedures, improves productivity and profitability, manages supply systems, supports strategic planning, and ensures compliance with production schedules and company policies. It requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills in a physically active warehouse environment.

Manages day-to-day client communication, onboarding, transitions, service coordination, inventory synchronization, billing accuracy, and operational implementation. Supervises and trains client service staff, maintains HR paperwork, reviews reports and invoices, and leads recurring client meetings. Requires strong client relationship management, fulfillment and administrative experience, reporting skills, troubleshooting ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.
