The ICT & E-Learning Assistant provides technical support, manages learning management systems, collaborates with teams, troubleshoots technical issues, and generates analytics reports to enhance learning engagement.

Support HR operations: maintain confidential personnel records, update HR databases, produce reports, file and archive recruitment documents, assist with contracts, onboarding and induction, conduct file audits, and perform general admin tasks as assigned.

Design, develop and implement learner-centred, technology-enabled training for health professions education. Lead blended learning, simulation-based learning, and capacity building for faculty; perform TNAs, measure training effectiveness, support research, stakeholder engagement and project reporting.
