Maintains employee records and HR databases; coordinates recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, leave, benefits, employee queries, audits, compliance documentation, HR reporting, and process improvements. Provides general administrative support to the HR team and helps ensure accurate, confidential, and compliant HR operations.

Supports fundraising and partnership development by researching donors, maintaining prospect databases, tracking opportunities, compiling impact stories, and preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. Coordinates alumni engagement activities, drafts correspondence, and manages administrative functions such as scheduling, filing, requisitions, and office communication. Collaborates with marketing and content teams to align fundraising messaging. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience.

Coordinate event-based surveillance activities with government and health partners; provide technical assistance on guidelines, SOPs, training, and surveillance systems; analyze and interpret epidemiological data; mentor surveillance officers; support project planning, reporting, database management, stakeholder coordination, and proposal development. The role focuses on public health surveillance, infectious disease events, outbreak response, and strengthening national and subnational epidemiology capacity.
