Hands-on intern role supporting full‑stack development (React frontend, C#/.NET backend), building and consuming RESTful APIs, debugging and testing, participating in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, documenting technical decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve digital health platforms.

Lead strategic, technical and operational delivery of the SRHR Next programme in Uganda, managing consortium partners, government engagement, planning, MEL, capacity development, advocacy, financial and HR oversight, safeguarding, and sustainability. Ensure rights-based, inclusive SRHR interventions, strengthen SRHR platforms, drive learning and evidence use, and represent the programme in national, regional and international fora.

Design, develop and implement learner-centred, technology-enabled training programs for health professions education. Support partner institutions to adopt eLearning, VR and simulation-based learning, set up SBL labs, build faculty capacity, measure training impact, mobilize stakeholders, contribute to research and fundraising, and manage project reporting and financial participation.
