Own and grow the company's marketplace business across Amazon and other platforms: set strategy and targets, manage assortment, run FBA/FBM and 3PL operations, optimize performance marketing and SEO, build dashboards and forecasting, introduce automation, and lead a team of specialists while owning P&L and cross-functional partnerships.

Provide data-driven insights for the mixers and shower systems category to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and profitability across European markets. Analyze sales, pricing, market trends, and KPIs; benchmark performance; support assortment planning for retail partners; and communicate recommendations to commercial teams.
