Manages fulfillment operations for multiple pharmaceutical direct-to-rep programs and brands. Responsibilities include print and asset management, forecasting, inventory planning, direct mail, vendor coordination, logistics, regulatory compliance, CRM setup, reporting, escalations, and process improvement. The role collaborates with marketing, IT, distribution, and field operations teams while overseeing launches, shipments, convention materials, and performance metrics.

Promotes pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through virtual and occasional in-person sales interactions. Manages targeted HCP lists, conducts inbound and outbound calls, builds relationships, addresses customer needs, and drives product utilization and sales goals. Maintains CRM records, tracks activity metrics, develops territory business plans, completes product training, prepares reports, and complies with applicable regulations and company policies. Travels regionally 4–6 times annually or as needed to cover territories and attend events.

Engages healthcare professionals by phone to promote pharmaceutical products, achieve sales quotas, and support client objectives. Responsibilities include managing targeted HCP lists, executing territory business plans, conducting product discussions, recording CRM activity, answering customer questions, collaborating with field sales teams, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The role requires product knowledge, persuasive communication, customer relationship skills, participation in training and meetings, and occasional driving to customer offices or events.
