Leads revenue process discovery, workflow mapping, requirements definition, UAT, documentation, platform adoption, and continuous improvement across sales and revenue operations. Partners with Sales, Finance, and Business Systems on lead-to-cash processes, including quoting, contracting, ordering, invoicing, renewals, and amendments. Supports governance, change enablement, KPI development, vendor coordination, and evaluation of AI-enabled tools and automation opportunities.

Owns the customer journey for a portfolio of K-12 education accounts from onboarding through renewal. Manages implementations, success plans, risk mitigation, stakeholder relationships, data-driven outcome reviews, customer escalations, and expansion opportunities. Partners with district and school leaders to improve curriculum implementation and student achievement while coordinating internal teams, professional learning, product support, and account health monitoring.

The Chief Information Officer will lead a 175-person technology and business systems organization, oversee a $45M+ budget, and optimize Amplify’s enterprise technology portfolio. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, HubSpot, and 400+ applications; driving enterprise AI adoption and governance; strengthening IT controls and audit readiness; simplifying systems and costs; evolving organizational structures; and partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Data, and other business leaders.
