Lead CRM strategy and execution for Italy: design and run data-driven customer journeys and campaigns, leverage customer data for segmentation and personalization, monitor CRM KPIs, drive platform adoption, integrate with cross-functional teams, manage agencies, and implement global best practices locally to boost engagement, conversion and lifetime value.

Lead FP&A activities including monthly and quarterly close, P&L and balance sheet reporting, cash flow and working capital management, budget/forecast and 3-year business plan preparation, financial analysis for business decisions, and process/tools improvements with management-facing reporting.
