Support operational execution and performance for a portfolio of Miracle-Ear franchise locations. Conduct business reviews, analyze KPIs, develop action plans, coach franchise owners on sales and daily operations, track account performance, escalate risks/opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent program adoption and store-level improvement.

Provide front-desk and clinical support at a hearing clinic: deliver exceptional customer service, schedule appointments, conduct basic hearing screening, assist with hearing aid repairs and fittings, manage administration and records, support clients with ongoing aftercare, and help maintain clinic operations and inventory.

The Accounts Receivable Officer manages accounts receivable, processes claims, reconciles accounts, updates schedules, and reports on outstanding balances.
