Lead engineering execution and technical direction while remaining approximately 75% hands-on. Responsibilities include developing LLM- and AI-powered products, coding, code review, debugging, platform performance, sprint planning, cross-functional coordination, technical mentorship, recruiting, and supporting engineers’ growth. The role partners closely with founders and product teams and offers a path toward Engineering Manager responsibilities.

Own Amplemarket’s legal and compliance functions, including TCPA and AI-calling compliance, privacy and data-sourcing practices, commercial contracts, enterprise security and privacy reviews, and AI governance. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to embed regulatory requirements into platform design. Build the legal and compliance function from scratch, advise customers and vendors, manage specialist counsel, and support enterprise sales while balancing risk and startup speed.

Serve as the primary customer contact through email, chat, and video calls, resolving product and technical questions. Troubleshoot workflows, escalate issues, report customer insights, improve support processes, create documentation, identify recurring trends, and support new feature rollouts. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving, initiative, and familiarity with support or CRM tools in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
