Regional Operations Manager responsible for in-field training and oversight of HSMTs, performing site coverage (~50% of time), conducting site audits, documenting training and incidents, assisting HR and operations with onboarding, inventory, retraining, and operational improvements. Requires frequent local travel within a four-hour commute.

Provide on-site first aid, triage, and follow-up care across multiple construction sites; maintain medical records and supplies; conduct site walks and safety coordination; support health fairs and workers' compensation processes.

Provide remote, real-time triage and coordination for on-the-job injuries via eVisit/video and telephone. Collect incident documentation, manage communications, guide callers through safety steps, collaborate with senior coordinators on workflows, and perform administrative tasks during scheduled part-time shifts.
