Partner with Account Executives to perform technical discovery, design tailored solutions, lead demos and POCs, guide technical evaluations, and translate customer feedback to product and engineering while building reusable enablement materials.

Founding Product Engineer owning full-stack feature development (primarily backend in Golang, frontend in React), API design, and scale/reliability work. Engage directly with customers, shape developer-facing workflows, and build observability, tooling, and AI agent infrastructure. Write design docs, implement features end-to-end, and iterate based on customer feedback.

Serve as technical lead for customer relationships: onboard engineering teams, provide front-line technical support, troubleshoot integrations, escalate and own issue resolution, surface product feedback, build tooling/automation, and partner closely with customers and product/engineering teams to drive outcomes.
