Owns Amperity’s IT systems, integrations, automation, identity lifecycle, SaaS administration, data-platform governance, AI-tool deployment, macOS fleet, MDM, monitoring, backups, and recovery. The role partners with Security, Engineering, People, HR, and GRC teams; manages access, vendors, licenses, documentation, and escalated employee support while improving operational efficiency through automation.

Serve as a senior talent advisor for the Go-To-Market organization by developing workforce and hiring strategies, leading complex searches, advising executives, improving assessment quality, providing market and compensation intelligence, negotiating offers, optimizing recruiting systems, applying AI-powered tools, and mentoring People team members. The role is based in New York City with four required in-office days each week.

The role involves developing enterprise software, building data pipelines, and creating flexible marketing solutions using AI capabilities. You'll work on a mission-critical platform to improve understanding of customer data and engage audiences through collaboration and innovation.
