Design and lead MEP engineering for multifamily construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical design, calculations, AutoCAD and Revit documentation, code compliance, coordination, construction administration, QA/QC, and mentorship. The role may be filled at Engineer I, II, or III based on experience and qualifications.

Lead electrical building-systems design for multifamily construction projects from concept through construction documents. Perform load, short-circuit, voltage-drop, fault-current, panel, and lighting calculations; produce coordinated AutoCAD and Revit MEP deliverables; apply electrical codes and energy standards; coordinate BIM models and project stakeholders; support construction administration; conduct QA/QC reviews; and mentor junior engineers.

Manages supply chain systems and analytics across planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and prefabrication operations. Owns ERP configuration, KOJO workflows, data governance, SKU taxonomy, KPI architecture, dashboards, automation, and executive reporting. Translates operational data into actionable insights and supports cross-functional alignment across MEP trades and field operations.
