Supports nonprofit and public agency recovery initiatives through community engagement, research and data collection, focus groups, health and education campaigns, volunteer mobilization, and recovery-pathway training. The coordinator participates in professional development, shares personal experience with the community, follows a service schedule, and helps expand services for people affected by opioid addiction.

Provides peer support to individuals in substance use recovery by building relationships, mentoring participants, connecting them with social services, helping set goals and recovery action plans, tracking progress, and participating in training. Candidates must have at least one uninterrupted year in recovery, basic computer skills, English fluency, and the ability to complete a background check.
