Lead the rebuild and modernization of the company’s data platform by designing and implementing an Azure and Databricks lakehouse. Responsibilities include managing Azure Data Factory pipelines, developing Delta Lake architectures, creating data models and transformations with SQL and Python, establishing development standards, monitoring data quality, troubleshooting performance issues, leading technical projects, and mentoring or hiring data engineering staff.

Leads business operations and executive-level strategic execution across Quanta’s departments and operating companies. Translates priorities into structured plans, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, builds financial models and business cases, prepares leadership and board materials, monitors KPIs, and drives process improvements. The role serves as a trusted advisor to executives, manages special projects, identifies operational risks and opportunities, and supports decisions involving investment, resourcing, and organizational change.

Supports executive leadership through financial modeling, operational analysis, reporting, and cross-functional project execution. The role tracks deliverables, timelines, dependencies, KPIs, and operational metrics; prepares leadership presentations and briefing materials; coordinates with business partners; identifies process improvements; and supports strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc analysis. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience and involves 10–20% travel.
