Drive enterprise sales of the FIS Amount platform to large banks and financial institutions. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to deal signing, present to c-suite, negotiate complex agreements, forecast in Salesforce, partner with cross-functional teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Design and execute manual and automated tests for fintech products, develop test strategies, manage defects, drive automation, perform regression testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve QA processes and documentation.

Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java/Python and open-source tools. Implement automated functional and regression tests, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, leverage AI-assisted testing, troubleshoot failures, collaborate with QA and development teams, and improve test coverage and automation efficiency.

Lead backend development and technical direction for Java/Spring Boot microservices. Design APIs, integrate event-driven systems and data stores, troubleshoot production, mentor engineers, ensure test coverage, coordinate releases, and adopt AI-assisted engineering practices.

Drive net-new mid-market revenue by managing full sales cycle for FIS Amount; build C-suite relationships, qualify and close complex SaaS deals, forecast pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the product at events.

Partner with sales and customer success to assess client needs, present product demos, recommend technical integrations, support post-sales integration and troubleshooting, and relay feedback to product teams to improve fintech offerings.

Serve as the primary client liaison to lead end-to-end implementations of fintech SaaS products. Manage customer relationships, guide configuration and integrations, coordinate cross-functional resources, resolve issues, and ensure adoption and project delivery within timelines and budgets.
