Design and deliver training for trainee recruitment consultants through classroom sessions, workshops, coaching, call listening, and role-play. Conduct training needs analyses, create learning materials, manage LMS content, support onboarding, analyze performance, and provide developmental feedback. Collaborate with sales leaders, managers, and talent teams to improve consultant capability, productivity, retention, and speed to productivity.

Lead the review, negotiation, governance, and approval of commercial contracts for the US business, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, client terms, and contractor agreements. Provide practical legal and commercial risk guidance, address day-to-day contractual questions, partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Compliance, and improve legal processes, templates, systems, and governance practices.

Build and manage diverse talent pipelines, identify and engage top candidates, assess suitability, provide market insights and talent advice, and deliver an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience from first contact to offer.
