As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and provide staffing solutions in technology and engineering sectors while achieving high billing targets.

Ensure placement data, contracts and compliance are accurate and audit-ready. Maintain CRM records, validate placement details before Pay & Bill handover, monitor and chase compliance documentation, approve or return placements, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Operations to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
