Owns month-end close, accounting operations, board and lender reporting, external audit coordination, financial statements, internal controls, and cash management. The role builds scalable finance infrastructure, improves data integrity through AI-enabled processes, supports acquisition integration, and partners with operational leaders. It requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, cloud accounting experience, and progressive accounting or finance experience. The position is hybrid in Chicago and reports to the VP of Finance.

Owns month-end close, accounting operations, cash management, board and lender reporting, audit coordination, financial statements, internal controls, and finance process infrastructure. The role also supports acquisition integration, forecasting, covenant compliance, data integrity, AI-enabled automation, and operational finance partnering. It reports to the VP Finance and is expected to build and lead a finance team as the company scales.

Hosts medical trainees for in-person or virtual clinical experiences, providing supervised observation, patient interaction, didactic instruction, case presentations, research, or specialty-focused education. Preceptors must host at least 20 hours weekly, supervise patient-related activities, provide merit-based letters of recommendation, maintain an active U.S. medical license, and use suitable video conferencing tools for virtual programs. The role is contracted and paid through a stipend after successful trainee completion.
