The Business Development Intern will identify prospects, sell products, maintain client relationships, recommend improvements, prepare reports, and ensure quality service.

Provide end-to-end production support for e-commerce systems, diagnose cross-system order and integration issues, and drive timely resolution. Maintain clear documentation, communicate actionable recommendations, and collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams to remove blockers and manage incidents.

Assist with online marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, analyze web analytics, and support the marketing team to improve digital engagement and communication.
