Manage and operate iStability/LIMS for ANDA stability programs: create studies, enter/review/approve data, prepare and approve stability protocols and reports, perform statistical and regression analyses, identify trends and expiry extensions, train staff, and ensure cGMP and regulatory guidance compliance.

Oversee pricing and contracting operations for biosimilar products, ensuring financial performance and strategic alignment with commercial objectives while managing cross-functional teams and processes.

Serve as primary customer contact to manage orders, product setups, and account data via vendor portals. Coordinate with sales, order management, logistics, and analytics to ensure product availability, provide tracking, documentation, routine and ad hoc reports, and support penalty research.
