Leads monthly multivariate demand forecasting and analytics for a generic injectable portfolio. Builds Power BI dashboards, advanced Excel models, SQL queries, DAX measures, and Alteryx workflows. Analyzes shipments, wholesaler inventory, downstream demand, supply constraints, forecast accuracy, and customer trends while preventing channel double counting. Partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Commercial Operations, Contracting, and IT to reconcile forecasts, identify risks, automate reporting, and support inventory and commercial decisions.

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for JDE ERP, RF-SMART, SOM, IQVIA, EDI integrations, and related business applications. Troubleshoots incidents, interfaces, access issues, batch jobs, and service requests; coordinates with business users, IT teams, vendors, and managed service providers. Supports ITGC and SOX controls, access reviews, change management, audit evidence, documentation, incident metrics, application upgrades, testing, and production deployments.

Leads FP&A, forecasting, margin improvement, pricing and savings initiatives, investor relations support, financial reporting, and executive presentations. Partners with leadership on long-range planning, peer analysis, quarterly earnings materials, supply chain efficiency, and finance-related system implementations. The role manages analytics across pharmaceutical product segments and supports strategic, ad hoc projects.
