Oversees sales, account management, immigration operations, financial performance, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, client retention, compliance, and successful immigration outcomes for international nurse candidates.

Support pricing strategy through market and competitive analysis, build and maintain pricing models and reports, evaluate price sensitivity and promotions, partner cross-functionally to implement pricing updates, monitor pricing effectiveness, and present insights to stakeholders.

Lead design, administration, and optimization of sales incentive and commission programs. Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations on plan design, quota/territory alignment, forecasting, payout validation, dispute resolution, governance, and compensation system improvements. Deliver analytics, dashboards, and executive recommendations to drive revenue outcomes and ensure accurate, compliant payouts.
