Provides operational, administrative, and contract support for interim leadership staffing engagements. Responsibilities include creating and auditing placement records, reviewing Statements of Work, coordinating approvals, processing contract changes, managing Salesforce cases, reconciling compensation and travel data, generating reports, analyzing KPIs, and supporting cross-functional issue resolution. The role also manages VMS order extensions, maintains data integrity, and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Provides Level 2 operational support for Salesforce, AMIE, Smartsheet, and other enterprise applications. Troubleshoots incidents, validates configurations and data flows, manages user administration, coordinates escalations, supports migrations and testing, maintains knowledge documentation, assists with reporting, and recommends process improvements. Requires occasional after-hours or on-call participation.

Leads enterprise IT programs from initiation through deployment, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, governance, and prioritization. Oversees multiple concurrent project teams, mentors project managers in a matrixed PMO, coordinates business and technology stakeholders, and delivers executive program-health communications. The role also supports ERP rollouts, enterprise application migrations, architecture and infrastructure initiatives, process workshops, vendor relationships, and PMO improvements.
