Supports multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, advertising, and job boards. Manages budgets, invoices, vendors, marketing calendars, project timelines, content initiatives, and campaign execution. Tracks marketing performance and reports on campaign, web analytics, and candidate lifecycle metrics. Provides marketing support to sales operations and conference promotions while applying brand guidelines.

Supports project planning, coordination, execution, documentation, scheduling, communications, risk tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance. Coordinates meetings, deliverables, action items, dependencies, and timelines across project teams and stakeholders. Maintains project management systems and documentation, assists Project Managers with monitoring progress and escalation, and may coordinate smaller projects under guidance. The role also supports project intake, planning, closeout, and continuous PMO improvement activities.

Develops and manages client-facing proposals from RFP receipt through submission. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines and stakeholders, researching clients, writing and editing responses, managing review cycles, preparing supporting materials, securing approvals, maintaining proposal content libraries, and ensuring on-time submissions. The role also uses proposal management platforms and AI tools to improve content development and productivity.
