Provides high-trust administrative and executive support to the Integrator and Visionary. Responsibilities include inbox and calendar management, meeting coordination, EOS L10 and planning logistics, scorecard and reporting preparation, employee engagement and hiring administration, technology inventory and renewal tracking, and monitoring executive commitments. The role requires proactive follow-through, discretion, strong organization, written communication, independent judgment, and comfort working remotely across time zones.

Perform bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero, including invoice and bill coding, transaction recording, bank-feed reconciliation, statement uploads, invoicing, vendor payments, and accuracy reviews. Support audit documentation and month-end and year-end close processes while assisting Cloud Accountants. The role requires strong communication, organization, independent work, collaboration, and commitment to professional growth in a remote environment.

The Cloud Accountant will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and risk management while improving operational processes using cloud-based tools.

Lead new client onboarding and cloud accounting implementations, perform accounting clean-up and reconciliations, configure cloud systems, manage onboarding projects and timelines, prepare reporting and tax support, and improve onboarding operations, documentation, and processes while supporting a small recurring client portfolio.
