Coordinates project operations, documentation, reporting, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, risk mitigation, resource management, and leadership meeting support. The role maintains accurate project records, prepares updates for senior management, follows up on action items, and provides administrative support while handling confidential information. Success requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and proficiency with project management software.

Leads workforce management across forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, real-time operations, reporting, and governance. Converts demand forecasts into hiring plans and workforce strategies, manages service-level and productivity performance, and provides scenario modeling and client-facing recommendations. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Service Delivery, and clients on workforce readiness, risk mitigation, site expansions, and continuous improvement. Oversees WFM tools, dashboards, automation, data quality, and team performance across complex or 24/7 operations.

Supports the Learning and Development team by coordinating training programs, onboarding and transition activities, maintaining attendance and feedback records, assisting with employee engagement events, and updating learning materials. The intern collaborates with People Operations teams, supports employee development initiatives, and performs administrative tasks while working with international teams across AMER and EMEA time zones.
