Teams at AML RightSource

Manages office administration, vendors, invoicing, communications, records, meetings, supplies, assets, housekeeping, pantry stocks, and inventory reconciliation. Oversees SEZ compliance, purchase orders, customs documentation, and import, re-export, transfer, and disposal paperwork. Supports facilities operations by monitoring building infrastructure, electrical and plumbing systems, appliances, and fire safety. Prepares reports and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, including customs house agents.

Provides financial crime compliance support to banking and financial institution clients. Responsibilities include investigating unusual activity, conducting AML/KYC reviews, performing quality control, analyzing analyst performance and production data, preparing written recommendations, communicating with clients, and supporting training and workflow administration. The role requires knowledge of AML/BSA regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, independent judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Manages end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accurate and timely payments, statutory compliance, audits, controls, and data privacy. Oversees external payroll vendors, resolves escalations, partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and local leadership, and drives process standardization and automation. Supports payroll system implementations, reporting, reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount cost analysis.
