Supports compensation programs through salary benchmarking, market analysis, pay structure maintenance, job evaluations, pay equity reporting, merit and bonus cycles, total rewards projects, and HRIS data integrity. Partners with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to develop compensation proposals, dashboards, budgets, and decision-support reports. Requires advanced Excel skills, global compensation experience, strong communication, and familiarity with HRIS and compensation survey tools.

The analyst identifies data anomalies, applies AML/BSA requirements, collaborates with compliance and data teams, uses analytical tools and complex data sources, and supports transaction reporting and process improvements.
