Oversees SEZ compliance, purchase orders, customs documentation, and import, re-export, transfer, and disposal paperwork. Supports facilities operations by monitoring building infrastructure, electrical and plumbing systems, appliances, and fire safety. Oversees external payroll vendors, resolves escalations, partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and local leadership, and drives process standardization and automation. Supports payroll system implementations, reporting, reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount cost analysis.
