Facilitate evidence-based CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes for incarcerated and re-entry program participants. Conduct individual sessions, develop action plans, provide make-up work, evaluate participant progress, reinforce participation expectations, and document services in ARMS. Collaborate with CDCR, CCHCS, institutional personnel, and contracted staff while maintaining confidentiality and adapting to challenging environments.

Provides intensive case management for Los Angeles County reentry participants. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing treatment plans, conducting wellness checks, crisis management, benefits advocacy, and connecting clients with housing, mental health, and substance abuse resources. The role coordinates with justice, healthcare, and housing partners, maintains case records, documents services, and transports clients to appointments and locations as needed.

Lead implementation of the AmityWorks RESTART DOL grant: manage planning through follow-up, meet performance targets, ensure compliance, oversee partners and subgrantees, supervise a Case Manager (caseload up to 70), manage budgets/reports, recruit employers, and ensure trauma-informed, participant-centered services for justice-involved young adults.
