Develop and refine AMINU’s content strategy across channels by translating complex skincare and scientific concepts into clear, engaging communication. Build the brand’s evolving Content Brain, including voice, messaging, audience insights, prompts, examples, and channel guidelines. Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools to create, review, test, and improve content workflows while ensuring accuracy, relevance, quality, and brand alignment.

Conduct product demonstrations, facial treatment training, and refresher sessions for salon and clinic teams across South India. Demonstrate AMINU facial protocols, support partner therapists, answer product and treatment questions, represent the brand during field visits, adapt training to team needs, and provide feedback to improve training and products. The role is based in Bangalore, includes regular travel, and requires strong skincare knowledge and practical facial treatment skills.

Own paid customer acquisition and revenue growth across Meta and Google Ads. Manage and scale ₹50 Lakhs-plus monthly budgets, optimize profitability metrics, build testing roadmaps, analyze funnels and attribution, and maintain tracking across Meta, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, checkout tools, and Shopify. Brief creative teams, resolve tracking discrepancies, produce actionable reports, and collaborate with creative, website, and product teams.
