Own strategy, roadmap, production scaling, positioning, and go-to-market for Amini’s application suite across sovereign jurisdictions. Lead product discovery, prioritization, analytics, launches, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution with engineering, design, commercial, legal, operations, and government stakeholders. Build and mentor the product team, establish scalable processes, and deliver secure, compliant, AI-enabled applications for governments and citizens across emerging markets.

Own end-to-end country deployments from contract signature through go-live, serving as the primary customer contact and accountable owner for timelines, risks, scope, and status. Coordinate Engineering, Hardware, Customer Success, Commercial, and other delivery teams across time zones. Build repeatable deployment playbooks, tracking systems, reporting processes, and handover procedures to support scalable government and enterprise implementations.
