Manage full-cycle recruiting across the company: source, screen, interview, and present candidates; partner with hiring managers; maintain ATS and pipelines; support employer branding and DEIB initiatives; ensure excellent candidate experience.

Support end-to-end execution of influencer and creator marketing campaigns across paid and earned channels. Manage creator coordination, briefings, product fulfillment, timelines, Tolstoy and UGC initiatives, monthly creator mailers, event logistics, creator discovery, and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Brand, Creative, Digital, and Ecomm teams to track KPIs and inform strategy.

Support the influencer team by managing the brand ambassador program (TYB), creator seeding, outreach, gifting, and affiliate payments. Handle mailers, product sendouts, order fulfillment, invoice submission, and monthly KPI reporting. Build and nurture creator relationships, monitor influencer trends, and collaborate with social, paid media, brand marketing, ecomm, and creative teams to grow community and retention.
