Lead Case Manager supervises case managers in a hotel-based housing program, provides direct case management for families, coordinates services and partners, maintains HMIS and program records, leads trainings, supports daily operations and meal service, and participates in on-call and emergency responses.

Lead day-to-day operations and instruction for after-school and education programs. Supervise, coach, and develop education staff; ensure program quality, compliance, attendance tracking, and student safety; engage families and community partners; support curriculum development, data reporting, and program evaluation.
