Manage municipal rental and vacant property registrations, inspections, permits, and Certificates of Occupancy. Submit forms, coordinate inspections and payments, communicate with municipal agencies, maintain records in Yardi and company systems, track deadlines, and escalate compliance risks to internal teams.
