Support lead instructors in Japanese language courses by assisting with classroom activities, grading, office hours, student engagement, LMS course management, event support, and occasional supervision of student workers and visitors.

Lead and supervise Advancement gift and biographical data operations, ensuring accurate gift processing and constituent records in the CRM. Oversee data quality projects, develop and enforce data policies and governance, coordinate cross-campus data-sharing, and partner on automation and reporting initiatives. Manage staff, support professional development, and provide coverage coordination for reception and event needs.

Lead Advancement communications strategy, editorial direction, and project management to strengthen alumni and donor engagement. Manage a communications team, develop integrated multi-channel campaigns, ensure brand alignment, measure performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives supporting fundraising and institutional priorities. Regular on-campus presence and occasional evening/weekend support required.
