Serve as first point of contact for dining patrons, verifying meal plans and granting access using Atrium/Agilysys, tracking guest counts, providing courteous customer service, supporting dining room flow and upkeep, following food safety and allergen protocols, resolving or escalating access and meal-plan issues, and working flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provide direct administrative support to the Provost and the Office of the Provost, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence and document preparation, phone and email triage, event support, travel arrangements, vendor and purchasing tasks, web content updates, and other office operations. Maintain confidentiality, multitask, and assist with special projects and searches as assigned.

Lead and supervise Advancement gift and biographical data operations, ensuring accurate gift processing and constituent records in the CRM. Oversee data quality projects, develop and enforce data policies and governance, coordinate cross-campus data-sharing, and partner on automation and reporting initiatives. Manage staff, support professional development, and provide coverage coordination for reception and event needs.
