Provide administrative and program support for the credit union's financial education initiatives: coordinate presentations, workshops, and events; manage community partnerships; track participation and outcomes; maintain curriculum and resources; assist with reporting, grant documentation, and outreach efforts.

Assist members with credit/debit/ATM card accounts including dispute resolution, fraud investigations, card issuance/blocks/renewals, chargebacks, and provisional credits. Process card applications, order cards/PINs, maintain member files, monitor dispute trends, prepare reports, coordinate settlements, and provide timely, professional member support.

Provides front-line member service by opening and closing deposit accounts, processing transactions, maintaining records, resolving member issues, cross-selling products, and performing teller and notary functions. Acts as liaison between departments and may support lending and mortgage processes.
