Design, develop, and enhance software applications, integrations, and business systems. Support architecture design, cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, test automation, secure coding, and data-flow analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, QA, and senior engineers in an agile environment. Participate in code reviews, process improvements, documentation, and mentorship while contributing to scalable and maintainable solutions.

Leads the design, development, and execution of automated testing strategies and frameworks. Guides manual and automated testing, integrates tests into DevOps pipelines, mentors QA engineers, manages automation projects, establishes quality standards, analyzes metrics, and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with product and cross-functional teams, supports Agile and Scrum practices, plans system integration testing, and evaluates tools and technologies to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.

Analyze financial statements and credit data to assess account creditworthiness and recommend credit terms, payment arrangements, and protection plans. Collaborate with underwriters, producers, agency management, and operations teams on credit risk decisions and policy estimates. Support collections, minimize bad debt, verify charges, meet turnaround standards, and participate in account or agency visits as needed.
