Manage a rotating portfolio of mid- to high-severity commercial auto and general liability claims, perform investigations, coverage and liability evaluations, reserve setting, litigation management, and negotiate resolutions. Support multiple teams, mentor less experienced staff, attend mediations/trials, develop risk transfer strategies, and assist in file auditing and portfolio closeouts while maintaining knowledge of multijurisdictional legal trends.

The Cloud Network Engineer II designs, implements, and supports cloud network infrastructures, ensuring secure and scalable connectivity across multiple environments. Responsibilities include managing hybrid and multi-cloud solutions, improving network performance, and collaborating with other teams to enhance cloud adoption efforts.

Perform onsite and virtual commercial P&C risk surveys, identify and mitigate hazards, deliver quantitative/qualitative analyses and recommendations, collaborate with underwriting and claims, promote company initiatives, train and mentor consultants, engage vendors, and support agency relationships to improve policyholder risk profiles and profitability.
