Supports Special Risk underwriting operations by administering workflow tools, databases, document repositories, and tracking processes for new and renewal business. Monitors data accuracy, documentation, timelines, and premium pipelines; resolves workflow gaps; and partners with Data & Analytics and IT on process improvements and automation. The role also develops business requirements, reports, job aids, process measures, and supports underwriting documentation, calendars, and business continuity activities.

Processes routine to complex commercial property and casualty insurance transactions for new and renewal business. Supports underwriting by screening transactions, applying rating elements, entering and validating policy data, processing endorsements and policy changes, maintaining documentation, resolving issues, and responding to agency and regulatory inquiries. Provides guidance to new underwriters and staff on rating, workflow, and underwriting support procedures.

Leads commercial property and casualty product strategy, development, portfolio management, backlog prioritization, regulatory analysis, and competitive evaluation. Manages product teams, supports business cases and execution, oversees risk and compliance practices, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. Requires substantial commercial P&C coverage and management experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and travel up to 20%.
