Process multi-line, multi-state new business and renewals; gather and apply rating elements; enter and validate policy data; handle endorsements, cancellations, and service requests; resolve credit/claims/audit issues; maintain documentation and support underwriters and agency inquiries.

Conduct comprehensive in-person and virtual premium audits for commercial P&C accounts: collect and analyze payroll/sales/subcontract data, verify classifications, prepare audit reports, resolve discrepancies with agents and policyholders, mentor junior auditors, support quality reviews and process improvements, and travel within the assigned NC region (up to 25% overnight).

Serve as Product Owner for underwriting and policy systems: manage backlog and user stories, translate bureau rules into technical specs, support system implementations, testing, data integrity, training, release coordination, and stakeholder communication to improve underwriting processes.
