Leads a team handling commercial auto and general liability claims. Oversees workload allocation, technical claim quality, coverage analysis, reserving, litigation, negotiations, service delivery, and performance accountability. Partners with underwriting, MGAs, agents, insureds, and internal stakeholders to meet program commitments. Monitors claim metrics, inventory, severity, compliance, and service outcomes while providing coaching, training, and professional development. May coordinate claims service across workers compensation, property, and other lines of business.
