Lead partnership with investment teams to design, prototype, and deploy LLM-enabled tools that accelerate research and decision-making. Translate investment problems into production-quality Python solutions, ensure secure/compliant deployments, and transition prototypes into scalable enterprise capabilities while collaborating with Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance.

Supports seasoned financial advisors by assisting clients, developing financial plans, analyzing client data, preparing recommendations, building a prospect pipeline, and developing a personal book of business. Responsibilities also include client acquisition marketing, product expertise, client service, practice operations, regulatory compliance, and obtaining required securities and insurance licenses within 150 days of hire.

Provides senior administrative support to multiple leaders by managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, communications, meetings, events, budgets, facilities requests, and administrative initiatives. The role requires sound judgment, confidentiality, strong organization, and coordination across stakeholders. It also mentors administrative staff and supports business operations in a fast-paced financial services environment.
