Design, build, and maintain automated monitoring and tooling solutions across hybrid cloud environments. Support and optimize monitoring tools (Sumo Logic, Dynatrace, ScienceLogic), automate repetitive tasks, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, implement and maintain solutions, and drive performance and cost-effectiveness.

Provide day-to-day operational support for managed file transfer applications, troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 incidents, handle service requests and minor enhancements, perform code reviews, manage planned/unplanned outages, and support performance and maintenance while working with business users and operating within a DevSecOps model.

Provide account service and support to financial advisors and clients by handling inquiries, processing requests, researching issues, and collaborating with internal partners. Ensure requests are In Good Order, meet SLA targets, and identify process improvements to enhance client and advisor experience.
