Processes insurance and annuity account service requests, communicates with advisors and clients, researches issues, validates information, and resolves inquiries within service-level goals. The role collaborates with internal and external partners, handles in-good-order reviews, retrieves missing information, and identifies process improvements. It requires strong communication skills, financial services knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
