Lead regional advisor recruiting across Tennessee, Kentucky and Southwest Ohio by building relationships, sourcing qualified advisors, managing pipeline and candidate records, communicating value proposition, evaluating practice portability and compliance, partnering with field and corporate teams, and tracking recruiting performance. Role requires travel throughout the territory and strong relationship, coaching, analytical and communication skills.
