The Senior Accountant manages the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. The role supports month-end and year-end close, accruals, journal entries, audits, compliance reporting, internal controls, and financial schedules. It also identifies process improvements, collaborates with internal departments, and trains junior accounting staff. Advanced Excel, ERP, reconciliation, and AP automation expertise are required.

Supports digital healthcare product development by gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, managing backlog items, participating in Agile ceremonies, coordinating UAT and releases, analyzing customer feedback and product metrics, and collaborating with Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, and business stakeholders. The role also supports competitive research, product documentation, feature prioritization, and evaluation of AI, generative AI, and automation opportunities.

Coordinates digital marketing projects from planning through completion by managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, documentation, meetings, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and quality assurance. The role supports web, email, content, paid advertising, SEO, creative, analytics, and related initiatives while identifying risks, resolving bottlenecks, organizing assets, and improving team workflows.
