Supervise and support communications center operations and staff, including call intake, dispatching, training, scheduling, QA, equipment monitoring, reports, progressive discipline, and filling vacant dispatch roles to ensure efficient emergency medical response.

Operate as a call taker (Telecommunicator I) and radio dispatcher (Telecommunicator II) in a high-volume EMS communications center. Take and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls, log information accurately in CAD, coordinate resources, calculate ETAs, communicate with field crews and facilities, produce reports, follow SOPs, and complete required training. Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and excellent customer service.
