The Compliance Analyst monitors and interprets CMS, Medicare Advantage, and Part D regulations; supports audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, documentation, and regulatory reporting. The role provides guidance to internal teams, assists with compliance and FWA training, performs exclusion screenings, supports investigations, and coordinates responses to CMS and carrier inquiries. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and regulatory interpretation skills are required.

Supports employer branding and corporate communications through content creation, employee storytelling, newsletters, stakeholder communications, program support, reporting, and communication resource management. The intern will coordinate communications, assist cross-functional initiatives, research employer branding trends, and lead a capstone project with findings presented to leadership. The role provides mentorship and hands-on experience in corporate communications, public relations, employee engagement, content strategy, and communication measurement.

Lead AmeriLife’s enterprise privacy program across its insurance distribution network. Responsibilities include developing privacy policies and controls, conducting privacy and risk assessments, monitoring regulatory changes, managing incidents and consumer privacy requests, overseeing data governance, supporting audits and inquiries, and reporting privacy risks to executive leadership. The role partners with Legal, Compliance, IT, Data, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Vendor Management to ensure compliant handling and protection of personal information.
