Consult with clients about debt settlement eligibility, explain program terms and risks, manage inbound and outbound sales calls, document interactions in a CRM, meet sales targets, and comply with applicable regulations. The role requires English-Spanish bilingual communication, call-center sales experience, customer objection handling, multitasking, and availability for evening or weekend shifts.
