Americon HITT Benefits Overview

Owns a defined area of HITT’s technical product platform supporting pricing, budgeting, and financial management. Responsibilities include backlog ownership, user stories, prioritization, UAT, defect triage, release planning, environment promotion, production issue intake, runbook maintenance, integration monitoring, cloud cost reporting, and user adoption. Partners with Business Analysts, Engineering, DevOps, System Integrators, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable software through Agile cycles.

Supports the CEO through complex calendar management, briefing preparation, communications, travel coordination, meeting and event logistics, expense processing, and confidential administrative work. The role also manages executive-office workflows and creates polished, hospitality-minded experiences for clients, partners, subcontractors, and employees. Success requires exceptional organization, judgment, discretion, communication, adaptability, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. This is an on-site position in Falls Church, Virginia.

Supports the complete new-hire experience from signed offer through early employment. Guides candidates through pre-employment requirements, coordinates equipment and onboarding logistics, leads in-person orientation, oversees regional virtual orientation, maintains onboarding content, develops executive onboarding plans, gathers feedback, and partners with HR, recruiting, and talent development teams to improve employee assimilation and engagement.
