Manage Federal, SCIF, and commercial tenant improvement construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include scheduling, financial management, subcontractor procurement, client and stakeholder coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, secure-site compliance, risk mitigation, and project documentation. The role coordinates complex MEP, security, technology, and specialty systems, leads project meetings, mentors junior staff, and ensures successful turnover and closeout.

Lead strategy, writing, editing, layout, and production of RFQ/RFP responses, interview presentations, and award submissions for the government market. Coordinate with project teams, executives, graphics, and marketing; maintain templates, marketing content, CRM records, and pursuit best practices; recommend tools and improve pursuits efficiency while managing costs and deadlines.

Support annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly account analysis. Analyze operating expenses, maintain cost allocations, refine budgeting models, prepare quarterly management reports, partner with department leaders, drive process improvements, and perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
