Inspects meat products for quality, removes foreign material, identifies out-of-specification items, verifies incoming shipments, maintains inventory records, and documents product movement. Operates and inspects equipment, requests repairs, and may support product preparation, packing, loading, and shipment activities. The role requires physical handling of products, basic arithmetic, following written and oral instructions, and familiarity with meat cuts.

Employees may lift up to 80 pounds and work extended standing or walking shifts.

Provides industrial engineering and project support across warehouse facilities, improving labor productivity, inventory control, service performance, and operating costs. Develops engineered labor standards, incentives, dashboards, scheduling tools, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Trains operations teams, evaluates material-handling technologies, manages change, identifies root causes, and drives corrective actions across multiple sites. The role requires extensive travel and collaboration with distribution-center operations.
