Teams at Americold Logistics, LLC

Serve as primary contact for visitors, drivers, and customers; manage gatehouse access, CCTV monitoring, and site inspections; process receipt and shipment requests; maintain customer records and non-conformance logs; escalate alarms and coordinate out-of-hours callouts; support colleague training and perform additional tasks as requested to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant site operations.

Drives labor productivity, inventory control, and continuous improvement across warehouse facilities. Develops engineered labor standards, performance incentives, dashboards, project scopes, scheduling tools, and corrective actions. Trains operations teams, audits site performance, evaluates material-handling technology, supports change management, and improves processes and cost efficiency. Requires extensive travel and collaboration with cross-functional distribution and logistics teams.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst manages complex A/R accounts, resolves issues, monitors aging portfolios, performs analysis, and supports management with reports and special projects.
