Oversee e-commerce fulfillment, product movement, customer service, inventory, capacity, and performance across six sites. Manage KPIs, escalated customer issues, implementations, business development support, operational initiatives, training, and new site launches. Coordinate with site leadership, customers, Business Development, and IT while leading change management and occasional travel.

Coordinates import-export customs and shipping activities, including container tracking, inspections, fumigation and cold treatments. Prepares regulatory and billing documentation, liaises with customs brokers and government agencies, arranges deliveries and pickups, investigates discrepancies, and ensures compliance with shipping regulations. The role requires warehouse or shipping experience, accurate recordkeeping, reporting software proficiency, and occasional business travel.

Administer and resolve warehouse and transportation claims involving cargo loss, damage, demurrage, and detention. Investigate claims, interpret contracts and tariffs, negotiate with carriers and stakeholders, assign costs, approve claims up to $250,000, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal departments to meet service levels and improve processes.
