Lead Americold's international finance function across APAC and Europe, enforcing governance, driving strategy, reporting, tax, treasury, JV oversight, shared services, budgeting, and commercial finance to support growth and operational consistency.

Lead a multidisciplinary Revenue Operations team to deliver sales intelligence, analytics, and enablement. Own Salesforce administration, reporting, predictive analytics, and sales process optimization. Partner with sales, finance, and operations to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and commercial performance while driving data governance, automation, and scalable commercial systems.

Coordinates daily office activities including payroll, inventory, HR coordination, scheduling, customer service, and recordkeeping. Supervises and coordinates administrative staff, resolves escalated issues, recommends HR actions, plans training, and ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
