The Business and Quality Analyst combines business analysis and quality assurance responsibilities. They elicit, document, and manage requirements; review technical designs; create and execute test plans; maintain reusable test beds; track defects and metrics; and provide feedback throughout project lifecycles. The role collaborates across business and IT teams to improve process quality, efficiency, innovation, and speed to market. It also requires analyzing technical specifications, architecture, dependencies, and integration risks.

Leads financial systems optimization across Finance, IT, and business teams. Responsibilities include implementing Oracle Fusion functionality, supporting ERP enhancements, troubleshooting and training users, streamlining finance processes, identifying automation opportunities, developing finance reports and dashboards, and maintaining data integrity across subledger and general ledger systems.

Develop and maintain automated tests for applications and user stories using C# and Selenium or comparable tools. Execute test suites, troubleshoot failures, prepare test data, document results, maintain reusable framework components, and collaborate with QA, developers, and business partners. The role supports functional and regression testing for life insurance and annuity systems and offers training to build automation expertise.
